Can I redeem a Steam Wallet code from another region or currency?
Yes. Steam converts Steam Gift Cards and Wallet Codes to the currency of your Steam Wallet when you redeem them, regardless of where they were purchased.
What if Steam says my code is invalid or already redeemed?
Re-enter the code carefully: Steam notes that 0 is often confused with O, Q or D, 1 with I, B with 8, and G with 6. If it still fails, contact Steam Support, or contact our customer support with your order number if you bought the code from us.
Can Steam Wallet funds be transferred or refunded?
No. Steam Wallet funds cannot be moved or gifted to another Steam account. Steam only refunds Wallet funds purchased directly on Steam, within 14 days and only if none of those funds have been used.
Do Steam Wallet codes expire?
Steam says you can use your existing Steam gift cards on Steam whenever you choose, subject to local laws.
